ROUTE PLANNING COORDINATORS
• Analyze and optimize routes for cargo transportation, considering factors such as traffic regulations, distance, driver rest times, and fuel efficiency.

• Actively seek new and more efficient routes or methods of transportation, considering both time and financial aspects.
• Respond to any unexpected and sudden events, such as traffic jams or accidents, by flexibly adjusting the planned routes to accommodate these situation.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP AND CARGO COORDINATOR
• Our Customer Relationship and Cargo Coordinators play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations.
• They are tasked with maintaining constant contact with customers, providing up-to-date information on the status of their shipments.
• These coordinators handle order intake, ensuring the correct completion of shipping documents, and assigning vehicles to shipments based on their specifications.
• For international shipments, they collaborate with customs agents to ensure seamless border crossings. They address any issues related to shipment transport promptly, working on quick resolutions and seeking preventive solutions to avoid future incidents.
As part of an international transport company, we coordinate and manage the transportation of goods across an extensive network that includes 28 EU countries, as well as the UK, Switzerland, and Norway.
Our fleet enables flexibility in transportation options. We have standard trucks, MEGA trucks suitable for large and bulky shipments, and 12 to 18-ton trucks designed for groupage cargo. Smaller shipments are delivered by vans.
